All applications will undergo a due diligence and KYC process conducted by the BACC Board in collaboration with the Albanian Embassy in the UK and the British Embassy in Albania. Applicants must disclose any past or pending criminal convictions, regulatory sanctions, or other legal matters that may affect their eligibility for membership. The BACC reserves the right to request any additional information or documentation from the applicant to satisfy KYC requirements and assess eligibility for membership. The Board reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.
